Group Training schedule: 

Group training will resume on March 16th at Range 37: 10x 1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest, after intervals group will play King of the Mountain.
No group training on March 20th due to racing.
Training on March 21st will focus on group riding and race knowledge. Please contact Richard Kirby if you are interested in joining us.
