Description:

Welcome to the Saturday C4 Club Ride

This is our main weekly ride that is open to all ability and fitness levels of riders. Ride start time is 7:00 am and we really try to start on time so we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to get ready.

Plese find an interactive map for directions to get here at this link!

Since this is usually the largest ride for us, we will break down riders by ability level into 3 or 4 gorups.

  • The "A" group is usually for the fastest and most skilled riders. This is not the group for anyone new to group riding no matter the level of fitness.
  • The "B" group riders can maintain a pace and distance of at least 30 miles with an average of 20+ mph. You should be familiar with riding in a large group and be able to handle your bike very well.
  • The"C" group is for riders that have a good fitness level and/or are looking to learn what group riding is about. Here you will be coached by other members who have more experience so ask questions and do not be intimidated. The pace is more social with average speed of about 18-20 mph over a distance of abot 30 miles.
  • The "D" group is for anyone who is new to riding on the road, new to group riding, or your fitness may be developing from an absence of training. This group is a relaxed and social group dedicated to developing your bike handling skills in a small group environment. They will coach you in the proper way to ride in a group as well as take care of you if you have a mechanical issue.
